. What is the fabrication time?

All our jewels and hair ornaments are entirely handmade by ourselves. They require patience and application to give our customers a high quality product.

So please allow about 10 business days from payment being received until time of shipping.

 

 

. And the delivery time?

  • France, Andorra, Monaco and Corsica:  Shipping is made via Colissimo Suivi, and guaranteed delivered in 48 hours for a total amount of 5.80€. (tracking code included)
  • DOM-TOM and International: Shipping is made via Courrier Suivi, between 4-14 days (depending on your location) for a total amount of 7.50€. (tracking code included)
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING (DOM-TOM and International only) : Shipping is made via Colissimo Express, and guaranteed delivered in 5-6 days for a total amount of 25€. (tracking code included)

 

Lysa Creation will not be held as responsible if its carrier is unable to deliver within the time frame, however, we will do our best in case of problems.

 

 

. Will I pay customs charges?

All additional taxes are at your charge if required.

 

 

. Will my order arrive on time?

If you are ordering too late and you are not sure to have your order on time, please feel free to contact us before ordering to see if we can make it anyway for your D day.

 

 

. What payment option do you accept?

To ensure and guarantee the security of your online payments, Lysa Creation online shop is using Paypal.

PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop.

You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, without necessarily need to have a paypal account as PayPal takes the payment from your card or PayPal balance directly. Your payment details will not be shared with us.

Every transactions  on internet are encrypted and secured due to SSL 3 (Secure Socket Layer).

 

 

. Can I cancel my order?

You have 2 days to change your mind once an item is bought from our shop. After that, the transaction will be accepted and the total amount of you order will be transfered to our paypal account.

 If you want to change your mind once during this 2 days, be sure to contact us quickly at serviceclient@lysa-creation.com with your order number so we could cancel the transaction and refund you the amount of the operation.

 

 

. Can I return my order?

In case you're not satisfy with your order, you have 14 business days to send it back to us.

Jewelry and hair accessories must be send back in the way they were sent to you. Meaning not damaged, never worn nor washed.

Once refund is accepted, we have 30 workings days to refund you excluding all shipping charges (shipments and returns).

 

NOTE: All custom order won't be refunded or changed, please see our Bespoke section for further informations.

 

 

. Shipping accident or manufacturing defects?

Lysa Creation offers a full warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for every jewel purchased from our online shop.

The warranty only covers damage that is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, wear, and tear. To ensure that your Lysa Creation jewel remains in beautiful condition over time, please see our care advice page.

Once refund is accepted, we have 30 workings days to refund you excluding all shipping charges (shipments and returns).
